Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Starchandise is committed to providing you with the highest level of service possible. We carefully pack and inspect each order, and hope you are pleased with your selection.

As soon as you receive your shipment, we recommend you:

  • Carefully inspect the contents for any physical defects or shipping damage
  • Verify that you received the correct products
  • Damaged merchandise is required to be reported with in 7 business days of the delivery date to receive a replacement.

If you are not satisfied, follow the packing instructions listed below.

PACKAGING YOUR RETURN

Returned items must be received within 30 days and in good condition (washed or worn tee-shirts will not be accepted). Please return your purchase in its original packaging. Include a note that states your name and address and why you are returning the item. Wrap the package securely and please send it back to the address below.

There is a $5.00 restocking fee ($10.00 on men’s and women’s shoes) on all returned merchandise, unless a shipping mistake was made by us. This fee covers all processing, packaging and shipping charges for your return. Also we do not accept returns on Videos and CDs, all Poster types and Billboards.
