DEFINITION

  • “Application” means a software application and/or web portal which We developed to become an electronic medium to (i) find Services provided by third parties; (ii) manage provision of Services; and/or (iii) other functions needed to support the Service ecosystem.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our service to make your experience easier.

  • When You use the Application through Your mobile device, We will track and collect the geo-location information in real-time and other relevant information to support the performance efficiency and the functions of the Application.
  • The geo-location information which We collect from the Service Provider means that We also collect information of Your movement (if You are a Customer) when You travel by using Our Service in the Application. We will also use the geo-location information in general and in an anonymous form to get the statistical information and management information for the purpose of improving the Application’s functions.

We shall not share Your Personal Information to any party other than to the related Service Provider (if You are a Customer) or Customer (if You are a Service Provider) and the third parties as mentioned in the above paragraph 4 letter d, without Your consent. However, We will disclose Your Personal Information to the extent it is required by law or required to comply with the provisions of the laws and regulations, government institution, or in case of a dispute, or any form of legal proceeding between You and Us, or between You and other user in connection with, or relating to the Service, or in an emergency condition relating to Your health and/or safety.

Your Personal Information may be transferred, stored, used, and processed in a jurisdiction other than Indonesia where Our servers are located.

We may eliminate certain parts of Your Personal Information which may identify You (so the Personal Information becomes anonymous) and disclose the anonymous data to a third party for the purposes of Application development, database management, Service’s analysis or improvement. We also may combine Your Personal Information with other information in a way that the information is no longer associated with You, and later disclose the combined information to the third party, for the abovementioned purposes.

LEGAL REQUESTS

Starchandise cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability. Further, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your User ID, name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, email, and company name to Starchandise participants as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity.

CONTROL OF YOUR PASSWORD

You are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password, if any, including the payment of fees. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Starchandise User ID or password, if any, to any third parties. If you choose to share your User ID and password, if any, or your information with third parties to provide you additional services, you are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password, if any, and therefore you should review that third party’s privacy policy. If you lose control of your password, if any, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf.

REVIEWING AND CHANGING YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Following registration, you can review and change the information you submitted during registration including:

  • Your User ID and email address.
  • Your registration information such as: name, company, address, city, state, zip code, country, primary phone number, secondary phone number, fax number and gender.
  • Your password, if one is required.
  • You must promptly update your information if it changes.
  • Once posted, you cannot change or remove any public postings made in social media or other message areas or the feedback areas. Upon your request, we will deactivate your account, contact information, and financial information from our active databases. To make this request, fill out the support form on our customer service page. Such information will be deactivated as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law.

We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove in some circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Conditions of Use Agreement. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored “back up” systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests.
